    Thanks for your post. You are correct, some municipalities have varying opinions on this subject. We have worked with King and Snohomish Counties in the past and they've both approved our system as permeable as long as the clean gravel is used. We've also worked with many local municipalities on this subject and most agree that the clean gravel is permeable while it is unanimous that the 5/8" Minus is in fact impervious. We do have independent testing from Cascade Testing Laboratory backing up our facts.
